SOY, a Compensation filing app
A systematic strategy for a digital solution to address the issue that people confront when making compensation claims in the forest region.

Bridging the gaps that exist in the process as well as making the process fast and responsive. By Creating an online platform that brings all key stakeholders together on one platform in order to save time and resources.
The primary obstacle was time and location. Given this was my scholarly endeavor and I was the sole creator, I exerted maximum effort to deliver justice to this project, from my perspective. I am certainly contemplating a subsequent iteration of this endeavor down the line.

Tadoba-Andhari National Park (Maharashtra)
Area of study - Warora Range Forest Office Warora-Tembhurda area
Location
The reserve's location or profile makes it difficult to visit and research in and of itself. The woods are always full of surprises.
Resources
Because this is a self-funded academic project, leading the workshop and doing the study has been challenging in such remote areas.
Time
Because it was a semester project, you only have three to four months to complete everything.
Empathise
Design starts with solid research. Contextual inquiries, interviews, and literature surveys reveal user needs and data-driven insights, ensuring practical, user-focused solutions.
Analysis
By using traps and opportunities mapping, we identify potential challenges and advantages in the user journey. We then translate goals into tasks, breaking down user objectives into actionable steps, and further translate tasks into functions, defining the features required to achieve those steps effectively.
Design
The process starts with a sitemap for structure, followed by wireframes for layout, visual design for aesthetics, and a prototype for testing.
User Testing
The design undergoes usability evaluation to identify areas for improvement, followed by usability testing to validate its effectiveness with real users.
Secondary Research
Research comes in several formats, such as published datasets, reports, and survey responses, and also sourced from websites, libraries, and museums
